I’m a software engineer who likes figuring things out. I enjoy taking a problem, understanding what actually needs to be solved, and building something that works well in the real world. My work spans React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Shopify, and AI, from product interfaces and architecture to APIs and more complex systems. I care about good engineering, but I care just as much about solving the right problem.
Outside of software, I love reading books, watching movies, listening to music, and thinking about how technology can make everyday things better. I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning simply because something interests me. That curiosity shapes how I work: I like asking questions, exploring ideas, and building things that are useful, not just technically impressive.

Skills, with receipts
I build product UIs in React, Next.js, and Remix, on design systems like Shopify Polaris, not one-off screens.
A library of 25+ option field types (swatches, file upload, date and time pickers, range sliders, color and font pickers) that merchants compose with no code, built as a reusable component library other people ship on top of.
Renders customer text and image uploads on the product page in real time, with preview and form state kept in sync through Context API.
The full merchant admin built in React Router v7 and TypeScript, on Shopify Polaris: workday and cutoff configuration, delivery rule builders, and a zipcode availability checker.
Refactored a monolithic storefront script into a modular, feature-based architecture bundled with Vite.
Built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, statically exported and deployed to GitHub Pages. You're looking at the proof right now.

A live delivery-date app for Shopify merchants. I was the core developer and owned the merchant experience end to end.
A product personalizer that lets merchants build custom option sets with no code, and lets shoppers see their choices live.
